This is your pie final and I want you to give it everything you've got!
For this final lab, you may either use one of my recipes or find one on your own.
The only guidelines are that the pie crust must be a traditional flaky crust and the filling must be sweet.
Other than that, you are free to choose what type of pie you make: pecan, lemon meringue, apple with lattice topping, blackberry with crumb topping, chocolate cream pie, etc...

Using your knowledge of the food groups and the ability to adhere to a food budget, create a menu of well-rounded meals and a shopping list of all the food and beverages you need to purchase to make the meals.
Make a copy of the Google Doc and add your name to the beginning of the title (Eg. Leslie Lucir 3-Day Grocery Shopping Budget Challenge).
Once you have filled out the charts and completed the assignment, share the doc with me at [email protected]

This week is about practicing knife skills and the following two recipes are great for that.
I make Stir Fry at least once a week and it is a very versatile dish. you can add chicken or beef, use different vegetables, play with the sauce, make it a little spicier. (use the large julienne for all of the veggies in this dish)
There are more tips for stir-frying here: https://www.thespruceeats.com/stir-frying-different-vegetables-694387
The soup is a favorite of my kids. They will eat it for days, which is good because I like to make big batches.
You can easily double or triple this recipe. (Dice the veggies for this dish)
Have fun chopping, dicing, and mincing. Don't cut yourselves!
